Each option is a pair of two dumbbells at the selected weight: for example, the 10kg pair contains two 10kg dumbbells (20kg combined).

Weight options: 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, 12.5kg, 15kg, 20kg, 25kg, 30kg, 35kg and 40kg per dumbbell. Select an option to check its current price and availability.

Practical strength training

The hexagonal heads help prevent rolling when the dumbbells are placed on a level floor. Choose lighter pairs for controlled accessory exercises or heavier pairs as your training progresses.
