Returns

Please contact Fitness King before sending any item back. Returns must be authorised in advance and returned in accordance with the applicable terms for your order.

Before returning an item

Contact us with your order number, product details and reason for the return. We will advise you of the next steps and any information required.

Equipment condition

Products should be returned securely packaged and in suitable condition. Please retain original packaging where possible, particularly for larger gym equipment.

Faulty or damaged equipment

If your equipment arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs or video where appropriate. Our team will assess the issue and advise on the available resolution.
