Our indoor resistance exercise bike uses the same flywheel design as our indoor Air Rower and Ski Exercise Machine to create a responsive, continuous ride. The flywheel puts you in full control of your exertion and resistance at all times. The damper also allows you to quickly adjust the airflow to the flywheel during your workout.

Even if you don't have upper body injuries, this stationary cycling exercise bike is a great way to target leg muscles while still being impact-free. Cadence on the Bike Erg is higher than on either of our other ergs, so it encourages quickness and a speed of muscle contraction.

With an LCD display, it allows you to maintain a regular workout routine while burning fat, increasing leg strength and improving your overall cardiovascular health. The digital display also tracks time, distance, speed, heart rate and calories burned.
